It didn’t work out…
Look, we understand things just don’t work out sometimes! So here is a quick rundown of how this works:
You have 14 days from the time of purchase! So don’t drag your pretty little feet.
Just ship your unused/unworn pretties back to us, use a tracking number, and leave the tags on.
When we get the item back, lucky you, you get STORE CREDIT for all accepted returns! We will issue you your very own secret code via the email you used!
Please don’t send us back NON-EXCHANGEABLE items because you don’t want to pay a restocking fee. But by chance you do, it is either a 35% restocking fee or you can pay to have us ship it back to you within 30 days of us receiving your return or you forfeit the item(s).

We LOVE this stuff, but once you touch it, you keep it! Here’s what is NON-EXCHANGEABLE:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale/discounted items – including but not limited to any promo sale, special code at check out, flash sales, facebook ISO posts 
  • Accessories/Jewelry
  • Hats/Headbands/Intimates
  • Home goods (includes, pictures, décor, bedding/bath products)
  • International sales
  • Custom orders/preorders (these can take up to 4 weeks to receive and cannot be canceled) #worththewait
  • Leggings/bodysuits/bathing suits or anything else that goes DIRECTLY ON you (because duh)
  • Anything you scored at a show or in person
  • Items lost or stolen

We KNOW this isn’t your first-time shopping online, you know the drill. Make sure everything is correct! Email, shipping address, sizing, phone number- if something is sent back to us because of your mistake, we will send it back to you but you pay shipping yet again!

Remember that secret code we talked about for store credit, here’s the deets:
Babes, this ain’t our first return rodeo, please don’t wear the stuff and then return it saying it didn’t work. We see those IG stories ;-) We know those girls are out there, don’t be one!
We will inspect the item(s) and if it’s all good, we will process your refund.
Let’s do the math…Refund=total amount (-) original shipping & insurance you selected and a process & handling fee of $3.00.

Oh so you LOVED IT, but you need a different size, no worries we EXCHANGE!!
To exchange get them feet a’moving! Purchase the size/color/style you want, but don’t worry babe you’ll get it back once we receive your original pretties.
Like we’ve said before, please don’t wear it, wash it, use it, chill in it, smoke in it, alter it, spray your perfume on it, get make up on it, roll around with your pets in it and we will be good! We have the right to refuse any exchange, if we deem the item is NOT resalable.

Okay so it REALLY didn’t work out and you want OUT of this relationship-Refunds are evaluated and processed on a case by case basis. If you honestly think you’re warranted a refund, email us and we can chat. We are a small online boutique doing the BEST we can to provide unique and good quality products for you babes so we will need time to process this! Returns/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive it.

Girls, sometimes we make mistakes, we’re sorry!! Can we talk about it?! Shoot us an email within 2 days of receiving it or we’re gonna have to consider it wear/tear.  We’ve got hard limits too and this is one! No exceptions. fillrichcustomerservice@gmail.com

Buyers remorse? Babe, trust us you’re gonna LOVE your package, but if you’re really sure you don’t want it, you have 15 minutes to cancel your order without a restocking fee. If you take longer than that, let’s just call it fate, you NEEDED it! Everything is time stamped on our end, it may take us a day or two to refund you, but if YOU cancel within 15 minutes, we will honor it. Just shoot an email to fillrichcustomerservice@gmail.com with your name/order number and tell us you want to cancel, we might cry a little but it’s okay, it’s you, not us ;-)

Ohhhh Ship
This is on you babe. Ship it back using a tracking number or insurance because we aren’t responsible if it gets lost or damaged. Oh and don’t use the shoe box as THE shipping container, put it in another box or bag.

You’re in luck, we automatically applied it to your order so its super easy to use and cheap! But if you’re feeling risky and you chose to opt out of the insurance, were not responsible for any of it!

  • We process orders/exchanges Monday-Thursday from BOTH our locations (Colorado and Oklahoma) so there is a chance your order will ship in two separate shipments.
