OUR RETURN POLICY:
Our policy lasts 7 business days from the day your purchase shipped. If 7 business days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back an item we are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. Please allow for transit time. Once an item is purchased no refund will be issued, store credit only even if the item has not shipped.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns that do not fall in the above listed criteria.
* Please note inventory flows fast, and items may not be in stock for exchange if you want a different size please purchase as it will not be held.
INELIGIBLE RETURN ITEMS:
All items sent back to us that are ineligible for a return will be held for 30 days from the date of receipt. Customer has the option to pay shipping, handling costs plus any other expenses incurred to have the non-approved item mailed back to them or a 25% restocking fee within the 30 days. If the 30 days passes and we have not heard from the customer, customer forfeits any returned items.

- Preorders (these can take up to 4 weeks to receive and cannot be canceled)

* Customer is responsible for correct sizing, email address, phone number and shipping address. If package is sent back to us due to a bad/wrong address, it can be sent back at buyers cost to ship again. Invoice will be sent via email for secondary shipping expense prior to shipment being resent.

Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, your refund will be processed to you as store credit minus the original shipping, handling costs plus any other expenses incurred. This will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card which will never expire and can be used toward any future purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Thursday) for store credit to be processed and emailed to you.
All items must be received within 7 business days of purchase date to the address provided below, we cannot accept items beyond this point. All exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and include tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
You are responsible for return shipping to FillRich and shipping costs back to you if an exchange is accepted.
We can only refund your purchase back to original payment; refunds are evaluated and processed on a case by case bases. We are a small online boutique, doing the best we can to provide unique and good quality products for our customers. All other returns will be issued as store credit.
All returns/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Thursday) of receipt in our office.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR WRONG ORDERS
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please email us within 3 business days of receipt to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Otherwise it is considered wear and tear, NO exceptions.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a store credit, minus the original shipping, handling costs plus any other expenses incurred. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shoes must be returned in their original box. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place the shoe box inside of a separate box or bag. If the original shoe box is used as the shipping container your return will not be expected & return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Customer has 30 days to pay for return shipping, if not customer forfeits any returned items.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE:
You made an online purchase, and you thought everything would arrive as expected. Sadly, packages get lost, items get damaged, and porch pirates, well, they steal things. Good thing you protected your purchase with Route to file a claim please file your claim at Route.com
By deselecting the shipping protection, FillRich is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items or filing any claims.

- Please be aware we only process orders/returns Monday-Thursday.
- All items sent back to us that are ineligible for a return will be held until the customer pays shipping & handling fees to have the item mailed back to them or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Please be aware of our office hours when waiting for a response from our staff: 10:00am-3:00pm MST Monday - Thursday
- Lost Packages: We will do all we can to help you find your lost package, but please understand once the package is in the hands of USPS FillRich is not held responsible
- Please keep in mind we DO NOT COVER return shipping cost
